Erin's Elderberry Concentrate is crafted with care, highlighting the essence of the elderberry at its core. Made from USDA Certified Organic Dried Elderberries, this concentrate includes Organic Clove, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Ginger Root, and water—all chosen to complement the natural goodness of elderberry with their own nutritious benefits.

We reconstitute our USDA Certified Organic Dried Elderberries by soaking them overnight before cooking them on low heat for a long time, ensuring the berries are thoroughly cooked while the nutritious properties of the elderberries remain intact.

Then, we hand-press them to a dry pulp, ensuring the seeds, which can cause stomach irritation, remain intact and out of the final product. Bitter in taste and packed with natural goodness, our Elderberry Concentrate serves as the base for our Elderberry Yummy Syrup but without the added Raw Virginia Honey. Perfect for those looking for an unsweetened elderberry experience or a flavorful addition to their smoothies, lemonade, water, or other beverages and foods.
