General Questions

Why can’t I buy everything online that I can buy in-store?

A: Some manufacturers do not permit us to sell their products online.

Is there a cut-off time for modifying or canceling my order?

A: Orders cannot be modified online after placement. Call the store for assistance, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

How are temperature-sensitive items stored?

A: Items are kept in refrigerators or freezers (as applicable) until you pick up your order (for in-store pick up) or until the delivery driver prepares for departure (for doorstep delivery).

Online Ordering Process

Is there a minimum order value for in-store pickup?

A: There is no minimum amount required for an in-store pickup order.

Is there a minimum order value for doorstep delivery?

A: There is a $35 minimum amount for deliveries.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can add to my order?

A: At this time the only limit is the available stock.

When will the final amount be charged to my credit card?

A: The final amount is charged after your order is prepared. The original hold will expire within 1-7 days, depending on your bank.

Store Pickup Questions

Can someone else pick up my order?

A: Yes, someone else can pick up your order. Ensure they have the necessary order details.

Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

A: Please come to the checkout lane and let the cashier know that you are here to pick up your online order.

What happens if I miss my pick-up time?

A: Please be sure to pick up your order as soon as possible during regular store hours.
